Once you have made the deposit (20% of total fee), you and your guests have accepted the terms and conditions in this rental agreement.

Payment terms:
Reservation fee, to be paid upon booking:
- 20 % of the rent
Final payment, has to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival:
- 80% of the rent + 300 euro deposit
A deposit of 300 euros is mandatory and will be returned after flawless departure.
When the reservation fee is paid the reservation is guaranteed. However, if the final payment is late the reservation is no longer guaranteed and the owner is free to rent the apartment to someone else.
Cancellation rules:
Cancellations of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by the lead guest.
The reservation fee is non-refundable.
Reservations cancelled 45 days prior to arrival will result in a 50% loss of final payment. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will result in a 100% loss of final payment.

Declaration I declare and agree on behalf of myself and all members of my party that this booking is made in accordance with the general letting terms of the property owner. I also agree to be held responsible for the balance of hire terms of this property, due and payable in accordance with the general letting terms of the owner. I am over 30 years of age and I agree to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition and be responsible for all damage or breakages howsoever caused. I’m aware that this is a non-smoking house and that pets are not allowed. I will be member of the party occupying the property.
